For architecture, engineering & construction firms

AI that fits the workflow you already run.

Built from your workflow. Faster revisions, in the software your team already uses, so less time is lost to repetitive work.

What we keep seeing

The pattern, not a testimonial.

Based on what we see mapping AEC workflows. Here's what's going wrong at AEC firms in the AI era.

Pattern A

Most firms adopt AI as a subscription, not an integrated workflow, so it rarely becomes a productive solution.

Pattern B

Plenty of manual work is still done over and over, wasting time and eating into efficiency.

Pattern C

The tools to fix and improve the workflow already exist. Most firms just fail to integrate them effectively.

How it works

One process, not one tool.

We audit the existing workflow before building anything. Some problems aren't worth automating. We make sure only the best, most effective solutions go forward.

01 · We audit

Swimlane map

The workflow as it runs today: inputs, outputs, and who owns each step. We pin down the most critical bottlenecks.

02 · We diagnose

Fix or fold

Every bottleneck gets a fix recommendation and a value estimate: time saved, error rate reduced, cost cut.

03 · We build

Into what you have

From your existing workflow, we integrate the relevant, effective solutions (operational, tool-calling, internal agents) as needed. No forced platform migration.

04 · Handover

Handover & training

Documentation, training on the solution, and handover. The system is entirely yours. Retainer optional, if you need one.

The toolkit

Built from your workflow, not a copy-paste template.

We build and deploy only with your approval.

Render & visualization

Style transfer from reference geometry, inpainting for post-processing, and LoRA to personalize your design style.

ComfyUI + CivitAI

Architecture software MCP integration

Automate the technical work in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp. Count components instantly, generate concept massing from a description, revise repetitive work.

MCP + OpenCode

Internal agent

An agent that lives locally on your PC, built on top of the local database your firm already owns. Check compliance against building regulations, pull relevant precedent projects, look up material specs. Private by default, so your database never leaks to the public.

Hermes + Obsidian · local

Custom internal tools

Built to spec, entirely yours. For unique cases no existing tool fits. A few examples of what's possible: version control for architecture files (CAD/SKP); a Windows-overlay tool that identifies materials and references.

built to spec

Automated presentation updates

Presentation decks that rebuild themselves as a project moves between phases. Hermes watches for changes and triggers the run; ComfyUI generates the visuals; fal.ai handles rendering. No more reassembling the deck by hand at every milestone.

Subscription audit

Already paying for AI? We check whether a cheaper or self-hosted alternative would do the same job.

FAQ

The skeptical questions, asked straight.

Will this replace my staff?
No. The workflow is still run by the employees/designers responsible for it. The audit actually lifts team performance and cuts repetitive work that can be automated.
Do we have to change our BIM software?
No. We build around what you already run: Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp. A software migration is a separate conversation we won't push.
What if the audit finds nothing worth automating?
You'll walk away with fresh insight into a well-documented workflow. Nothing lost. It becomes a record of how your current workflow performs.
We already pay for an AI subscription. Why do we need this?
Some audits also end with more efficient AI subscriptions. We look at whether your subscriptions are actually being used effectively, and suggest self-hosting or local solutions where it makes sense.
How is this different from a software vendor demo?
A vendor sells their workflow as a product. We build solutions that integrate with the workflow you already run.
What do you do with our project data?
A data-handling policy is set before any data moves, and we're bound by client NDAs. Some of the tools we use store and process data locally, so client data stays safe and isn't exposed publicly.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. A retainer is a separate conversation, if you want us to maintain and fine-tune the agreed workflow.
A note from the founder

Why this exists.

I spent over a decade as a practicing architect before going deep on AI tooling. Most "AI for AEC" pitches come from people who've never sat through a redline meeting or watched a submittal log fall apart under deadline. They sell a chatbot and call it transformation.

The gap isn't tooling. It's fit. A firm doesn't need ChatGPT. It needs the three hours a week someone loses re-rendering the same elevation, or the client-qualification call that shouldn't need a principal on the phone, actually fixed.

Send me your worst bottleneck. I'll map it for free and show you whether AI actually fixes it, or whether it doesn't, before you pay for anything.
